Great tip Jeff, I’m going to try it later on
I’ve used Workrave (www.workrave.org) on and off for a number of years. It comes with some default values, but you can turn off the micro-break (which is good resting your eyes, looking into the distance) and tune the other values.
It’s also available as a PortableApps package (an essential way to save your Windows machine from install-uninstall hell).
