Personally, I like to shoot landscapes with two wide-angle lenses. One lens that is very wide like the 11-24, and also a 16-35. I really only use the 16-35mm when I need to use filters, but it is also nice to have a backup of my wide angle when traveling the world to shoot landscapes. Also, Michael Frye talked me into shooting some long lens landscapes so I included the 70-200mm f/2.8.
