In terms of optical quality, the Nikon 80-400 is king of the hill. Next is the Sigma 150-600mm Sport. HOWEVER, I think most photographers will be happiest with the Tamron 150-600. Why? It's inexpensive, it's lightweight, and the optical quality is only BARELY different than the Nikon and Sigma. It's the one I use as a professional photographer who only occasionally shoots wildlife. Don't be a scientific sharpness snob and get the Tamron.
