I usually need to give 5 options for you to choose from, but on this one I'd just keep it simple. Pick the Tokina 11-16mm f/2.8. I wouldn't mind a faster aperture lens for night photography, but I've taken many many professional night photos at f/2.8. Plus, it's a great landscape photography lens in general. There are other options from Rokinon and Nikon that are faster, but they are too telephoto in my opinion.
