Please send wtitten instructions how to download presets. I paid I want to use them.
What are the written instructions for downloading these presets? I clicked the download link but can’t seem to get them into lightroom to use them
Just loaded your presets and watched your video tutorials. These are awesome. Easy to install from your video and easy to use. I haven’t done much with them yet but I am going back through my past 12 months of work and looking for photos that I like that I can improve.

hi, i just purchased your light room presets with the video tutorials.
I am trying to watch the videos but they play for approx 1min 27sec then the picture freezes. I can still hear it but cant see which doesnt work for me…please help.

Same here the videos are freezing but the audio is still playing.
I’ve been a Photoshop user for years but I’ve always wanted to try Lightroom. Been following your FB page for some time and finally decided to get your collections of presets. Well, what can I say? THANK YOU! They are absolutely great and save you sooo my time with photo processing! Also, I’d like to say thank you for these short videos. They’re basic but for a Lightroom newbie like myself they’re amazing.
