Tom Lowe just released an absolutely stunning trailer of timelapse and slow motion video of man's connection with the world and technology. Â It'll be the best 3 minutes of your day.
The video was created over a period of 5 years with filming in more than 30 countries. Â If you watch the video and wonder “How the heck did he make the camera move that way?” It's because he invented a few new pieces of gear to accomplish some of the shots he was wanting to make.
Once you're done watching this new one, be sure to go back and watch his Timescapes film from a few years ago (embedded below)

Stunning, would love to know more about the used gear….
It is breath taking beautiful.
Thanks for the link.
Amazing. It just makes me want to learn how to do it..
showing an elephant parading in clothes is not worthy of anyone trying to call himself an artist

Hi Jim, I am very angry with you. In fact, that is putting it a little mildly. My wife and kids feel neglected, I’m in jeopardy of losing my day job because I can’t focus, and I can’t sleep at night which is putting my health at risk. I need your help! I can not keep up with all of the fantastic articles, reviews, and tutorials you have been posting. Next, how do you expect me to keep up with all the podcasts? You obviously have more hours in a day than I do. May I have some of yours? If you keep up this frantic pace of releasing such superb information, I for one will have to stop taking photos all together just to have time to absorb the truly remarkable, timely and honest content you provide. As an improvephotographyplus subscriber I would highly WARN any newish photographers that a time budget of 12 to 14 hours a day for at least 6 months is necessary just to scratch the surface of this resource. Jim, I implore you, keep up the good work.
